Michael Alexander, L.Ac
Using acupuncture and other Traditional Medicine modalities, licensed acupuncturist Michael Alexander has successfully treated pain and pain-related syndromes for 13 years. He graduated from Five Branches Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Santa Cruz, California, after which he traveled to the People's Republic of China and completed 6 months of postgraduate studies at the Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hangzhou.
Michael is currently Chair of the Tuina Department (traditional Chinese bodywork) at Five Branches Institute. Michael practices Acupuncture, Tuina, Medical Qi Gong, Herbal Medicine as well as Tai chi and Meditation instruction. He is currently in the Doctoral program at Five Branches Institute.
